VOTE YES!!!!!!!!

Ok, so I know that most of you either don't live in Oak Park, or are extremely under the voting age, but I need you to encourage any one you know who actually meets those requirements to VOTE YES. If they don't I could possibly lose one of the most important programs that my entire life revolves around. That's right, I could lose.......(insert well prepared gasp) CAST!!!!!!!! So what should they vote yes for? The Referendum in Oak Park would raise taxes, but keep CAST and all those other things that we are supposed to be learning like Spanish and gym (The most boring class i am required by state law to take!). Yeah!!! I've just reached 131 views for the blog and apparently I reach The US and the greater Juno area. Interesting. Today, I got a 15 min. Unexpected private lesson at class for my test on Monday. I also realized that I will receive my 2nd Dan black belt in June and with that comes my totally awesome sword with the cool handle. Yup, no need to further explain, I am soooo beast and there's no denying it! Thin Mints, Anyone?

Ok, will some sane person explain to me the dire need for Girl Scout Cookies? I've told over 20 people to stop forgetting their money and just pay me!!! I finished my play "Landmarks" and it was amazing. Now I'm dragging overflowing bags of cookie boxes to and from school because of the intense swarm of people that attacked me for my order form. I need an assistant to handle all I do from Fiber Arts to Martial Arts. You know, like a Vice President.

Rehearsals

Don't get me wrong, I love rehearsals, but I can't wait for the show! I mean, womens work is ok the first few times, but by the 21st, I could care less. And the costumes? Seriously? I think the play should have just a little pizzaz, you know, like singing or flying. Next week is tech and I am sooo excited. Oooo and we had the cutest dog in our backyard today! His name was Max and we got him back to his owners.

Ugh

It's snowing again. Seriously? 3' of snow last week, 2 snow days, multiple injuries (mainly from me being terrible in snow and not know the right way to throw snow when shoveling) and this is what we get? Well, since I have nowhere to go, plenty of cocoa, a TV (not tuned in to the super bowl) and lots of movies, I'm going to enjoy a nice big pot o' laziness with a side of boredom.

Complete Boredom, and other Random Thoughts

Since Chicago's out of the Super Bowl, I have nothing to do this Sunday afternoon except sit around in boredom. I mean, the half time commercials are hilarious and I love a good bowl of tortilla chips, but since I have yet to be taught (or fully comprehend) the "art" of football, I will be watching a movie. I'm debating whether I should root for the Steelers, or just climb into a comfy chair with a good book and read. have a nice weekend!
